The North had slaves at the beginning of the Civil War, infact they had slaves at the end of the war.

They did? Slavery was abolished in 1865 with the passage of the 13th amendment. And let's get clear about whom I am talking when I say the north. There were border states that had slavery but decided to fight on the side of the north. That's not who I mean.........I am talking about the states that are true north of which many had abolished slavery just after the country's independence in the 18th century.

So I guess the North was involved in an immoral act/.

Frankly, I don't think you know of what you speak.

Funny immoral act, in the future they will say abortion was an immoral act. You will be on the wrong side again

The Supreme Court said slavery was illegal. The Supreme Court said abortions were legal. I take my morality bearings from them and not from religious fanatics steeped in mysticism.
