Gary; I'm using the Internet downloader exclusively since I got the R2 program and have not yet had any trouble. I'm on WIN95 newest release available with new computers. I've read of others' trouble with it, and can't account for why I'm doing OK so far. I just set up from the instruction sheet. Could it have anything to do with trying to make both setups? Tom
