Thomas, It appears this may have been what has been driving the price down recently (at least it certainly is the cause today): Downgrades September 8th Company - First Data Corp Symbol - FDC Brokerage Firm - Morgan Stanley Downgrade from: Strong Buy Downgrade to: Outperform The result is an overeaction and an excellent buying opportunity IMO. I just added to my position at 37-1/2. Now instead of 7 analysts with strong buys and 5 with moderate buys or outperforms, we now have six of each... hardly reason to bail. Regards - Dale
