Sometime I just have to smile at the naivete of our journalists in this country:

the entire U.S. commercial car fleet would have to switch from internal combustion engines to diesel ones, of course;

It will be shocking news to every diesel engine manufacturer that they aren't producing power by means of internal combustion.... :)
