Iraq cannot be anymore dangerous than walking down newwark, N.J. at night. or philly, or washington d.c. and many of the cities of the united states. Each morning first thing i see in Philly news is the people shot, knifed, the previous night. the latest seems to be kill them and then burn the place down or car up and the body. Oh, or just cut them up and box them. We could spend a lot more time on dangers of the cities and towns due to drugs etc than the death and car bombing in Iraq. Let's get a daily count of how many murders are committed in the united States each am. from the previous day. We need a plan , a time table to attack these problems and resolve them. The front page news in the papers and nightly tv coverage on Iraq is way out of proportion as to the crime going on right in our back yards yet the press for some reason our top bright graduate journalists never find the time to expose it.
