when the investment bankers come in and pitch a deal combination, all the powerpoint charts look the same. UP and to the RIGHT.... go ask a real estate agent if is a good time to SELL your house. Then call another one and ask if its a good time to BUY. There are no bad deals on Wall Street UNTIL the ink dries. This STINKS from the get go. And it WON"T make the JS loans good.
