Welcome to the future... Maybe. At a minimum, this is a place to try to influence the current downward spiral of American politics. True, there are some who are perfectly satisfied with the current situation, if so, more power to you. But I think there are many who aren't, and their numbers are growing. American politics now focusses on polarizing issues that really can't be solved at the expense of real issues that make a difference to real people. This has to stop if we are to continue as a viable country instead of approaching third world status.
