I don't want to get personal, but after reading your very comprehensive posts, we clearly disagree about what civil posting behavior is (if your posts were meant to illustrate civility, which I assumed they were.) I also do not think you have taken in to account that people will hold one responsible for posting behavior in other venues - so even if posts on a thread are not horrible, bad public behavior elsewhere (especially concurrently), perhaps in small enclaves with like minded people, especially when it insults certain moderators, will certainly be taken in to account. Just my opinion, but I think it's logical and I'm sticking with it. Since moderators are human, they probably don't like to be insulted any more than anyone else, and they will retaliate when insulted.
Thanks for the many posts; I hope some day you get the resolution to this situation that you desire (or if you are content with the way it is now, that you stay that way.)
