I don't think we'll see more downgrades. (and remember Morgan still kept it as a moderate buy). Now that the share price is 20 percent off its recent highs, we might even see one of these guys issue an affirmation of their rec. Morgan's customers who wanted out of FDC based on the downgrade were out prior to today, and today's share drop will be very short-lived IMO. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see FDC recover most of its losses by the end of the day today or tomorrow. Anyway, that's how I'm playing it. Good Luck and Regards - Dale
