Unk, I have always thought it shortsighted to give big bonuses to technical types for reenlisting on the notion that it takes a long time to train/replace them, while not recognizing the fact that truly good combat types were as precious if not more so than all the elec and aircraft techs in the universe.

Have you seen this argument for recognizing the truly unique and irreplaceable contributions of the combat Marine and Soldier? I hope it takes hold....jj
