So is Martinez just the latest shill urging a move from Gitmo to, say, Saudi Arabia where there is ZERO chance of any torture or desecration information leaking out (maybe Uzbekistan) or is he actually telling Bush that he's an Immoral Incompetent?

Maybe they're trying to close the Gitmo issue before the midterms.
