I agree that education is a must for modern societies, but I still am unsure of what you consider an entitlement. For example could you consider this short list:

1) SS
2) Medicare
3) Federal or state mandated healthcare coverage for employers > a certain size.
4) Earned income credit
5) Food stamps
6) Federal or state minimum wages
7) Any number of tax deductions such as mortgage interest, renters credits, section 179 deduction limits on > 6000lb gvw, etc, individual exemptions, child exemptions, etc.
