The price of freedom is eternal vigilance against people like Haqi. They keep coming and coming and coming and coming and coming. Always, another generation has to fight them, kill them, and reinstate freedom. At least Germany has been quiet for 60 years, but I will not be surprised to see them start marching again one of these days - unemployment is high, their economy isn't going all that great, if things go wrong - look out.
