You BCSI chart compares well to the chart for IIJI

I see the scale does not show the latest price, which on IIJI is 12.

I imagine it is important that a stock has been higher, or had a peak, which would show the volatility or manipulation we are looking for. Sharp and fast moves mostly.
And also it would not normally be a large cap stock which tends to go nowhere.

Buying these stocks is comparatively easy. Selling is a much more difficult proposition. The hugh recent volume om IIJI causes me to be less concerned than usual.
Internet stocks are hot, the Japanese are great gambl;ers and seem to want to be on-board.

But we could use some clues to sell indicators, maybe look at past volume on those dips.
