Thanks Kevin, I've used that resource before, but didn't realize they had the earnings calendar. Unfortunately, it looks like it only goes through September for tech stocks and one week forward for all others. Also, I think CS has their earnings report coming out on 19 September, and I saw no mention of it. I'm trying to find out which NYSE companies have earning coming out between 16 Sept and 9 Oct. First Union Bank in Atlanta is sponsoring a little contest. A contestant enters 3 NYSE stocks to the bank by 12 September, and the 3 stocks will each be simulated purchased for $5000 each at the closing price on September 15th. At the closing bell on 10 October, the contestant with the largest simulated overall dollar value gain wins $25,000. It's a straight one-time buy on 12 September and a one time sell on 10 October. No options or dividends allowed. A tie breaker will be based on each contestant's guess of the Dow Jones Industrial Average at the closing bell on 10 October. I'm doing it primarily for fun but 25K is 25K and I want to give it my best shot. Picking good solid companies won't work in this contest. I'm looking to sift through low priced, undervalued, low float, NYSE companies that may have earning surprises during the limited time frame of the contest. I'm sure there must be a comprehensive list somewhere of projected earnings dates that goes forward a couple of months. Thanks for the information and please let me know if you have any other earnings sites. Thanks, TY |
