Not a single word about this public categorical Daimler Chrysler refusal to cooperate with ZAP in any way is to be found on ZAP's website. Nor did ZAP respond to it via PR, though their PR about the $1 billion order is still on their website, and ZAP has put out an unrelated PR since the Daimler Chrysler refusal of cooperation was made public.
