I expect they will. Has been my guess for a while that if anyone will alert the SEC to what is happening at ZAP -- and get something done about it -- Daimler Chrysler will be it, since they have the most to lose -- image wise -- as far as ZAP and the Smart car are concerned. Last thing Daimler Chrysler wants right now is for the Smart car to be tarnished any more than it already is -- investment flushed down the toilet wise.
