And you have a point. The repeated warnings about banning are intended to wave off those who seagull in and drop a bomb and flutter off or those who bait and troll. That particular post was borderline, while it wasn't exactly on topic it did illustrate an on topic point.

Besides, no one is going to be banned based on a single post. And they would be warned by PM before having their plug pulled.
