Here is a tip for OVIS cartel members:

1)Call up your broker and find our the status of your request.

2)Then call the transfer agent and

a) give them your broker's name and account number.

b) ask them if they can check their records to see if a request for certs as been filed from your broker.

c) If the transfer agent confirms that the broker has sent them the request, tell them you want the certs FED EXed directly to you not the broker. Its your right, its your stock!!!

d) If they tell you they have recieved NO request for certs from your broker, hang up and call you broker and DEMAND TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, AND DEMAND THEM TO SEND THE REQUEST TO THE TRANSFER AGENT OR ELSE YOU WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. RANTING AND RAVING GETS YOU PLACES SOMETIMES!!!!!
