If you've got evidence that Saddam was working on biological weapons before US invasion, you should have told Powell about it, so that he would not look like such a dummy in front of the UN Security Council while pointing at aerial photos of some caravans as his "proof" :-)

Not for unseating Saddam, but for the pointless invasion of Iraq and killing thousands and thousands of Iraqi civilians. If all you wanted was to unseat Saddam, that you could do with a sniper's bullet.
French troops sorta, kinda helped knock off Hitler. (Actually, as best I can determine, their "contribution" consisted of leading the pasrade into an already captured Paris.) Have the French apologized to the Germans for that?
Be serious. Iraqis your army killed were not soldiers occupying North America. They were sitting in their own country when YOUR army invaded THEIR home.
The dasintily civilized Europeons missed no opportunity to criticize we crude, rustic, and violent Americans in the run-up to the Iraq war.

And they proceeded to do just that. At least MD was bright enough to realize what was going on pretty quickly, but it took the RainyDayFoxlette a LONG time to get it. She was still calling me "Leona from Angola" on various threads (and seemed to think that was an insult) a long time after that.
