I'm not sure that's accurate.... my customer service guy was able
to call the transfer office at the brokerage and they were able to
determine that it is currently in transfer and I should get them in
5-6 days.

They also changed their tune and said that NOW they can FedEx
them but that I will have to send them written authorization first.
