Thailand does not even rank in the top 20 highest HIV infection rates in the world You guys should check your facts before making assumptions.

July 2004 article - "Brazil, Cambodia and Thailand have reduced HIV rates. Thailand reduced infections from 140,000 a year in 1991 to 21,000 last year through promotion of condoms and education for behavioral change."

And from what I have heard, healthcare in Thailand is excellent.
