You got that right. More federal intrusion is a bad thing. The power belongs in the hands of the states. If marijuana use raises costs of doing business in a state, businesses and health insurance will make the financial adjustments. People will respond as they see fit. People who wished to have marijuana as an option would immigrate, people who wished to avoid the (possibly) higher cost of marijuana availability would emigrate to other states. Others would migrate according to their convictions. Now, people will just get legal convictions instead of expressing their moral convictions.
