Special Situation for Canadian Investors....Electrohome Electrohome EL.X has strategically merged (completed sept 2)with Baton BNB. What this means is that EL is giving all their TV stations and interest in CTV to BNB for 8.3 million BNB shares + 25million dollars. BNB trades at $14.65 EL trades at 11.30 and has 8 million shares outstanding. It seems to me that EL should be trading at least $15, never mind that they have other profitable businesses. Check it out, maybe Im wrong, let me know your thoughts? Scott
