There are no plans to put one up for Carter Budapest May Erect Bust of Reagan in Park Associated Press, by Staff sfgate.com BUDAPEST, Hungary -- The city council will vote this month on a plan to erect a bust of former President Ronald Reagan in a park, officials said Monday. A small center-right party, the Hungarian Democratic Forum, proposed the idea for putting a bust of Reagan near an existing statue of George Washington in City Park, a popular recreation site in the capital.
