My vote for the female with the best chance to be elected to POTUS is Rice although I don't see her running anytime soon. clinton will remain a senator from NY after losing in '08. I say this because she will not relinquish her senator job like Dole did when he ran. Instead she will do what nearly all before her have done (Lieberman, kerry, kennedy) etc. Hold her senate position and run for office.
