I am sticking to the issue: What Dean said and its impact.

I think Dean's strategy is to stir up the faithful. Dean's in what amounts to the head fundraiser job, not a legislator. Why are you bringing up federal programs, the constitution and state's rights with regard to what he said? You need to keep things straight in your head.
