Hal,
It occurred to me that if a variety of digital camera makers are farming out certain aspects
of the fabrication of their cameras, and further, some of those same fabrication suppliers have agreements (licenses) with Ampex (as indicated by non-payment linkage agreements) i.e. they don't pay twice, then unless Kodak has designed and built everything themselves,(which I doubt) then almost of necessity Kodak is infringing. One pathway to resolution might be through one of the fabrication houses, with whom Ampex already have agreements and Kodak et. al are utilizing that same company for fabrication of their own digital cameras.
Since the Ampex's own Engineers are going around instructing and teaching various companies how Ampex's technology is being used in THEIR camera's, (to facilitate license agreements), it appears almost a given that Kodak must come to some agreement eventually. IMO.
