MM Manipulation or More?

This stock drops to 5 3/8 last week and goes to 6 3/8 high today. What's going on. I thought from the timing last week that perhaps some unfavorable sales reports for August had been leaked. Now I don't know what to think. Will have to see whether First Call changes its estimate tomorrow.
