sprl must be part of the plan along with BP... JMHO.
BP has the largest and most valued investment that I can see.
The gas and oil will be coming out of Russia one way or another. The small caps have just as much opportunity as the big boys, depending on the people they know. Again this is my opinion on what I have read. You may come to a different interpatation.
