An example of what is wrong with the Dems is that they picked Dean to chair the DNC. There are dedicated people who have worked in the trenches for years who know how to get out the vote. They were passed over in favor of a prima donna who has never had to do the work necessary to win an election.

If I were a Democrat political boss for a day, I would have gone with Donna Brazile. Smart, tough - and knows what it takes to win elections. She's paid her dues and has proven herself. When they parachuted her in to Louisiana to bail out Mary Landrieu the turnaround was dramatic. Republicans thought they had it in the bag! Every poll indicated Landrieu would lose, but Brazile worked with the ward heelers (a dirty word now, apparently) and put bodies in the voting booths.

I did a lot of Clinton bashing, but this new book strikes me as a disgusting piece of trash. To say that Chelsea was born as a result of a rape is lower than low. He should have left her out of it.
