06-15-05 0753ET DJ PRA Intl Secondary Prices 7.2M Shares At $23.50/Shr >PRAI NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--PRA International Inc.'s (PRAI) secondary offering of 7.2 million shares priced at $23.50 a share late Tuesday, according to Credit Suisse First Boston. The offer had a gross spread of about $1.11, a selling concession of about 67 cents, and management and underwriting fees of about 22 cents. The reallowance in the offering was 10 cents and the settlement date is June 20. Underwriters for the offering were Credit Suisse First Boston LLC and Bear Stearns Cos. (BSC).
