If it were only the tabs over 3,000 I would agree but it is hard to get 40 or 100 hundred dollars cashed a lot of times and the club gets paid no matter what once a card is approved. Call American Express or Visa and they will tell you that when a transaction goes through the funds are directly deposited and accessible. So tthat is not an exscuse for not paying employees money they have earned and even if for some reason the money does not come that is RICKS problem not the employee.
