I'll admit that I'm feeling a bit better about the STK acquisition than I was at the time the news broke. It appears that more thinking went into it than it appeared at the time. Sun stock being so very depressed right now, a modest success with the acquisition down the road should elevate the share price considerably. Best, Mark Schwartz's blog justifying the STK deal...comments?
