Is there any possibility for the US to initiate a war, and have that be the "last option"? I'll answer - no. So what's your objection again with him planning to go to war in early 2002 and telling the Congress that war is the last option in late 2002? I would say its his poor use of the English language, not some evil malicious clouding of his actual intentions.

PS If you google "Bush lies" you'll probably get a lot more examples

I prefer to google 'vernonica zemanova' under the images tab....
