CJ, I missed this. Which "church" is forcing its members to tithe? Some political party in Germany?

Evangelicals on public TV and cable openly request their members to tithe 10% of their income, making it very clear that it means all forms of income, and citing the bible as the source of the obligation. Mormons are even more demanding.
