On the late afternoon of Aug 22nd. OVIS shareholders started calling the certificates... This means that those who filed then would have been sent out on Aug 25th or later. I have had reports of people filing for more certs after that date as they buy more shares. Someone is stalling at some brokerage firms to file with the Transfer Agent. DEMAND those certs or complain to the SEC. RG
