There has been a management shift in RSRNX in the recent past, but I like it's holdings so I went with it. I still own canroys, and BHP and some other commodity stocks, but this was a way for me to capture a broader market place.

With EUROX, I have a relatively small amount of money there, just to try to capture some of the market activity in an area that I find very hard to evaluate, let alone trade stocks in.

In terms of Bull markets: I recently was involved in some meetings between a large academic organization's finance people and some hedge funds to discuss their investment performance. While the hedge funds were mixed, those that were seeking international plays were becoming increasingly focused on Japan.

The reasons cited were:

1. Japanese companies are becoming more american in terms of shareholder value concern. Specifically paying dividends, albeit small by our standards, and being more responsive to shareholder value tactics in general.

2. The financial ratios for their companies favored comparably to other markets in terms of a value investing perspective.

3. The increasing stability of the bank system.

I know Crossy has done some investing on the Tokyo exchange, but I have shied away from it out of lack of time and knowledge. However, if you're scouring for bull stock opportunities you may wish to pay attention to some of the picks in that market.

Good Luck.
