If you were to ask the average person in aviation the names of a few flight schools, Embry-Riddle aand Flight Safety International would make the first 5 names mentioned at least 85% of the time. They have(or had) multiple locations. There's also Com Air and an operation in Southern Arizona whose name I can't remeber.

So it's reasonable that someone called FAA or Embry Riddle or State and asked "How many Saudis at X ?"

Showing up at that obscure school in Ft. Meyers in four hours is another matter.
