Up Close w/ Paul

Paul, as interm CFO of the world's leading solutions providor is gives me great pleasure to address your concerns.

Q: Hey why is it this pup went up 10 points with the big seminar news form CR?

A: Any excuse for a Pump & Dump will be used here as a rule of thumb. Even bad news bounces off of DDIM- Fund after fund announcing a 5% equity stake seems to bring new investors like flies. By the time they buy in on the *news these funds have actually sold it back to them.

Q: Why hasn't it gone down?

A: What you are witnessing now is a slow release as these 'quality investment funds' unload this puppy. I guess they are selling and frightened bears (small investors) buy to cover. Buying here also comes from some who are just plain idiots IMHO.

Q: Why is it that a company like this exists?

A: A company like this exists due to a lack of SEC policing IMO. W.C Fields originated the character years ago and corporate Y2K carries the legacy of the magic elixir salesman onward.

Q: Jump, what is the meaning of life????

A: Paul I wish I sit down w/you and talk with you about this in length. Maybe at the end of this saga when I am in the minimum security country club you can visit me for a round of golf.

**The above representation is for entertainment purposes only** Similar to the C/R conference this is simply a farce.
