I don't know the numbers but there were casulties in Somalia and probably a few elsewhere. Comparing such numbers is not meaningful IMO.

More meaningful are the US casulties of terror attacks occurring or planned during the pre-Bush era - without meaningful response by the US.

This would include both the 1993 and 2001 WTC attacks, the USS Cole attack, the bombing of two African embassies, the Khobar Towers bombing, and numerous small terror attacks involving one or a few deaths at a time around the world.

Can't blame all this on Clinton though - ignoring terror attacks was unfortunately a problem prior to his administration too.
