"At what point can we call someone like Ray the enemy?"

When he finally has that psychotic break he's been working toward and plans or participates in an act of terrorism or an attempted assassination, or, of course, he lends material aid or comfort to the enemy (as opposed to simply ranting at the wind like a lunatic).

"You know I'd pay top dollar to see Ray take on a Marine Sergeant...Too bad the Marines can't hit civilians."

That would be an amusing sight. Sad part is it's easy to imagine him walking into a recruiting office, ranting and raving incoherently (while putting his thesaurus through a workout, of course) and getting so red-faced mad that he turns violent.

I bet he screams "FASCIST PIG!!!" at the Bend police officer directing traffic around his little protest marches, too.
