I find that my feelings about casinos are kind of like my feelings about hospitals. It is better not to be inside them unless you are just visiting. The only Harrah's I ever saw looked to me like a hospital from a distance.

But online poker playing is in fact a game of skill and it sounds like the take or rake is not too large. With all that money, they ought to be able to hire some fancy lawyers to argue that.
