Bill, thanks for the response. I had not seen that release, and had not been aware that there was a partial injunction granted on some of their products. Do you know how much of their sales relate to these specific products? When do you think that the criminal matters will be moving forward? It seems to me that they are taking a long time to prosecute, and given the fact that the civil case will be delayed until the criminal matters have been dealt with, this could be a long wait for the fall. Does anyone know if the criminal courthouse files are open to public review? Ron
