Company Seeks Court Fines of $100,000 per Day for Ongoing Violations

MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 16, 2005 -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:UCSY.OB - News), and its subsidiary, AirWater Corporation, company chairman / president Michael J. Zwebner announced today that we, plaintiffs in the State Court case # 27383-CA-01, have filed yesterday a Motion Of Contempt / Violation of Injunction against Yahoo!, Inc., Google, Inc. and Silicon Investor, Inc., all for Violations of Final Judgment of Mandatory Permanent Injunction as recently issued by the court.

All the named companies are fully aware that they have been repeatedly notified in writing, and also further notified by certified mail that if they continue to act in concert or aid and / or assist the defendants Dembovitch & Villasenor, and their numerous internet aliases, in the publication of public statements, offensive, slanderous and false comments through any website under its / their control, that they may be subject to liability pursuant to the Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.610 (c), "for being in active concert or participation with defendants in violating this injunction." In addition, they have not complied with the terms of the injunction, which calls for the deletion and removal of all offensive materials and postings that are subject to the injunctive order.

Mr. Zwebner stated: "We have filed these Motions for Contempt violations, and we move the court for entry of an order for civil contempt fines in the amount of $100,000 per day, so long as these companies continue to violate the injunction."
