Excellent. A rare instance where an illiquid market has worked to the favor on the small investor.

MSMA has consistently traded at a small premium to the other blank check companies. I would attribute that to the fact that Arthur Spector has a proven track record. As of today, it has now been 175 days since Millstream II went public. The first Millstream announced a deal 196 days after its IPO.
