Mitch, What a delight to see you acting out some of my dreams, I am at the opposite end of your money management. In a few months my house will be paid off, I paid off all my five cars and paid off my daughter's education, just one more kid to educate, and he is 13, long way to go yet. There were moments I was thinking borrowing some more against my house, but the bank wants too much and I am too cheap to let them loan me with handling fees, do you know the best way I can borrow against my house so I can write off the interest as well? My current income bracket is 39%+. Robert Tsui
