I agree. However, if oil prices stay high, investment increases to ease supply. This is the ironclad rule of thumb in commodities markets. So if prices stay high for a couple more years, capacity all up and down the chain will increase, including increases in exploration and found supplies. Then oil prices will come down and so will gas.
