It took almost two years for the judge to rule on jurisdiction? Imagine the legal fees if you were, like most other people, forced to use a lawyer? The killer part if failing to state a claim. That essentially says the lawsuit was an entire waste of everyone's time. Congratulations on winning, but my sympathies for having to endure it.
