I don't see how Bush has committed treason. It is true that Bush has repeatedly lied to the American people and Congress, but that is only impeachable if under oath or in the SOTU address (because its Constitutionally required). That is why it was so important when Bush was caught making a false statement in the SOTU - and he subsequently withdrew the statement (acknowledging it was false through his spokesperson). That started the whole Plame affair ...

If Bush is impeachable it might be for condoning the violation of treaties (and committing war crimes). From Article VI: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land;...

There are strong indications that the US violated (and continues to violate) the Geneva convention. There is also evidence of War Crimes, especially systematic killing of innocent civilians and the use of illegal / banned weapons that are prohibited by treaties the US has signed. In normal times these allegations would at least be investigated.

I suppose there are many other avenues for impeachment. The best that Bush supporters can say anymore is that Bush is an incompetent naif, not completely aware of what is happening. Maybe they are right. If so, that is not impeachable, but the 25th amendment, section 4 might apply.
